
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of all rules & conditions form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Entry is subject to the purchase of any 750ml bottle of Stone’s Green Ginger Wine, 1.5ltr Stone’s Green Ginger Wine, Stone’s Mac, Stone’s Reserve, Stone’s Gold or Stone’s Premium Alcoholic Ginger Beer 6 pack. Proof of purchase must be supplied by way of store receipt attached to entry for winner to claim prize. Subject to meeting this condition, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Angove’s Pty Ltd and their associated agencies & their immediate families. Only one entry per purchase is permitted.
3. Entry must be on an official entry form. Substitutes will not be accepted.
4. Entries to be placed in the entry box provided in the individual outlets taking part in the promotion.
5. The first entry drawn from each individual outlet/store entry box will win the Weber Baby Q BBQ displayed in the participating outlet. There are up to 40 Outlets taking part in the promotion each supplied with one Weber Baby Q BBQ. Each Weber Baby Q BBQ is valued at a cost of $206
6. Entries open Monday 3/10/11 and close Friday 5.00pm 30/9/12. The winners will be drawn in the individual outlets one calendar month following the start of each outlets promotion and the winner will be notified by telephone and in writing to collect their prize from the outlet/store.
7. In the event that a prize is not claimed by the winner within 3 months of the original draw date a redraw will take place at the same outlet at Three (3) months and One (1) day from the original draw date, The new winner will again be notified by telephone and in writing.
8. The promoter is Angove’s Pty Ltd, Bookmark Ave, SA, 5341. ABN 47 007 871 114. Neither the promoter nor its agencies will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect, consequential or economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained by association with the use of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
